Hello, my name is Robin Petrásek, and to say it shortly – I help expats with buying properties.
I am the owner of Expats Finance, a mortgage advisor, and in general a guide for expats looking to buy a property. I am an ex-bank employee, now providing help and consultations to foreigners who want to settle down in this lovely country. Over the last 9 years, I have been personally involved in every aspect of the whole process, starting with viewing of the properties for clients, negotiations with the agents, dealing with the banks, lawyer, any local offices, closing the contracts, translations, representations, handovers, renovations and many more. I want to share my knowledge with expats so you do not have to through the struggle of doing everything on your own. My main job is to make the transfer smoothly and get you the best mortgage deals possible.
